Island Sweets Shoppe, Jekyll Island

I contacted Island Sweet Shoppe regarding making favors for my wedding at the Jekyll Island Club. At first, the lady responded, brainstormed ideas with me, and offered to send a picture of what the chocolate would look like. She was very enthusiastic. After that, I never heard anything back. I have since tried to contact them quite a few times over the past month and have gotten NO response at all. I was really looking forward to having chocolates for our guests and am left completely confused as to why they just stopped responding, and now we're without favors a few weeks before the wedding. Very bad business if you ask me. They should have at least responded to let me know that they wouldn't be able to fill my order. But, alas, nothing! Unfortunately, this is not a reliable business at all.
