Fred's Famous Peanuts

Such a cute lil stand, and very friendly staff. My husband is the boiled peanut lover, and we went to Fred's twice during our short visit. They have lots of good homemade products, my favorite being the muscadine cider, and the peach cider. They will almost let you try anything that you see!!! We will definitely always go back to visit whenever we are visiting Helen! Oh, and the prices are really great!

None better - always make it a point to stop and buy the boiled peanuts (cajun of course). Get extra for the trip home.

I have been going to Helen for years.. Ever since I was a little boy. Fred's has definitely been one of my favorite places to go and I will always remember going to it. From the loads of peanut products to the dummies that will wave at you when a few hidden strings are pulled (I hope that didn't spoil it for anyone) to the old water wheel on the side, this is by far one of the best Helen attractions. I can't wait to return!! It's been a few years :( I will always and forever love Fred's Famous Peanuts :D :)

This is the cutest store ever! The peanuts are amazing and the staff is wonderful! I strongly recomend every one to stop by this store for a visit.
