Hollywood Connection, Columbus

Hollywood Connection hasn't always been up to standard but the facility has come a very long way from what it used to be. The problem is that there will ALWAYS be that one person to complain about every little thing. Some don't know what it means to be in customer service whether it be the employee OR EVEN the customer. I have been there recently, enjoyed the atmostphere, and the workers and manager were very polite and helpful. They did all they could to make sure that my family and I were happy.

for all those saying they hate it because of the language and crowd, then go DURING THE DAY, not at NIGHT. and if you suffer bad employee service, complain to the manager NOT online where no one gives a hoot. i work there, and i work my butt off and to see all these rude things, are not necessary! hollywood connections can be a fun place if you make it a fun place and don't point out all the negatives. point blank.

Poorly managed. I experienced poor service and attitude from the untrained children working there. In severe need of a security element to police up the atmosphere. A co-worker recently had his vehicle vandilized in broad daylight. I will be sure to never bring the family in again, and I will be offering my employees weekly incentives to ensure they use other means of entertainment in the community. Write your local government as I did, and let's get this poorly managed disaster out of our community.

hollywood connections is not there to supervise your child it aint no day care so dont get mad at them cuz your child wants to hang wit some idiots that cant wear they pants nd dont complain to the staff cuz they have no say in how ppl act if people wanna walk out of they house lookin like they aint got no home training then thats they're problem. and if you want a nice crowd go to hollywood connections during the day thats when all the lil kids go adults and teenagers go at night time okay so dont band your kids from hollywood connections and dont judge something from the first go around unless one of your kids got killed or something then i would stay away but banning your kids from a PUBLIC place where anyone can go is ridiculous

Teens with extremely vulgar and profaine language I would hope they dont kiss their mothers with that mouth alot of PDA some short of pornographic. Cant believe people that work there allow such behavior, my children will not ever attend any function there and if you have any concern for who and what your children are learning do not allow them to go there un supervised. Complete dissarray and foul!!!! you would do better to send them to a phenix city trailer park the atmosphere and company is similar to that of trash!!!!!

Once holly wood connections was a fun family oriented place. Not any more the management is terrible and needs attention. They should have never gotten rid of the arcade. As far as laser tag very cool but put put needs some attention as well. Wont return and the restrooms are filthy.

I loved the old hollywood connection with all the rides and the arcade. Unfourtanetly they took the rides and arcade out. All that was left was putt putt and skating. The diner is nice and still remains. When i went back again I was delighted to find out that they had added laser tag. I went up and played and it was the most amazing laser tag place i have been to. I can't wait to go back again. :)

We will never return. Our family goes to Columbus to visit grandparents for two weeks every year and we would frequent Hollywood. I checked the reviews prior to our visit this year and I was very surprised with all the recent negative comments. We decided to go rollerskating at 1:30 on a weekday and after only three times around the rink I was speaking with the manager demanding a refund. The rules and code of conduct is posted but not enforced. The teen punks skating with their pants around their ankles seemed to be the norm with employees just turning a blind eye. It seems like Hollywood feels these punks skating around in their underwear will be better for business then the families. The rules and code of conduct posted on the wall in the roller rink talks about acting like gentlemen and how Hollywood reserves the right to remove patrons based on inappropriate behavior...what a joke.. We will never return..

Thought I'd try this theater out again after long being disouraged of going..same things..unwatched kids, vulgar language, unable to watch a movie with all the distractions......after leaving, I went back and asked to speak to a manager involving a lost wallet...I had just left the theater...the manager came over, said "one moment" and I never saw him again. Later I called to see if something had been turned in and before I could finish the sentence the person said "nothing has been turned in" and hung up the phone.

I just cant wait till they reopen laser tag, thats something they never should had got rid of for some damn club.
