Dellinger Park, Cartersville

We LOVE going to the Park on The of July, but was SOOOOO upset about last yrs visit. They stated last yr that they would make up for what happened with the Fireworks. Does anyone know if they are going to do anything this yr. I would love to go back to the park with my family this yr. But ONLY if it's going to be like the yrs before.

I moved from Georgia last year and really miss this place. I loved the beautiful pond with the fountain and walked many laps around it. Also, the stocked fish and ducks were always nice to feed too.

WHAT HAPPENED??? The park has every year for the last 7 years that i know of have had the BEST fireworks show around! NOT THIS YEAR!! it was awful. you could not even see them from inside the park! The annual antique car show was not there this year when we arrived to our dismay. The food was over priced. We spent 8 hours in the park waiting to get a good place to be able to watch the fireworks this year, and as you could imagine our disappointment when we heard the sound of them going off but could not see them at all.There was an apology but we wont go back next year! Whoever done the fireworks show this year should definetly be FIRED!

We love the lighted walking trails and the various activities all year long. We recently moved away from Cartersville and have to say this park is simply what we miss the most about the area! A real family place to visit and it doesn't cost a dime!

as far as municipal parks go, this one has tons of stuff! You can even mini-golf on weekends
