Thumbs down!

We took our family of six people to see Phantom at this theater. Between tickets for everyone and popcorn and such the evening cost close to $100. That is expected ~ as we know the cost of going to the theater. However, what was upsetting is when we pay that much to see a movie it should be IN FOCUS and the speakers in the theater should be ON AND WORKING. The movie was ruined because this theater sold tickets to a theater (theater 7) that they KNEW was having trouble. Which is what they told us when we complained afterwards.
"Yes, we've been having trouble with that theater." When we invest $100 to see a movie in a theater we assume they will give us not only a clear image ~ but also the sound system they advertise. Big thumbs down for this theater... they should know better.
