Description

Enjoy a perfect night out for the best in comedy and improvisation entertainment at this beautiful, state-of-the-art 3,200 square foot theater that also features a 4,000 square foot gated courtyard. Reservations are suggested and you must be 18 years old. Humor workshops in stand up and improvisation are available.

Awful night out

We go to watch comedy at least once a month in the UK. McCurdy's was the worst night out ever! Room was too big, lacked any atmosphere (Like a cheap joint in Vegas). Entry price plus you must buy 4 items from their limited menu. I can't remember the names of the acts - female first on - who was so bad - hardly anyone was laughing. Then some loud male act - also not funny. It was so embarassing, couldn't wait for it to be over. We wanted to leave, but as we were sitting near the front, it would have been too obvious. In the end, I couldn't bear it any longer and I went to the toilet, which was near the door and my partner met me after a few minutes and we escaped!!

The popcorn is very expensive..and the gate man takes the bucket back if you forget your receipt inside!! :( We have a great time and good laughs though...We will be returning!

Taylor Mccurdy put spirit in the place!

I loved the place! EVERYBODY WAS SO FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY TAYLOR MCCURDY(THE OWNERS DAUGHTER) SHE WAS AN EXCELLENT PERSON! SHE PUT SPIRIT INTO THE PLACE. THE OWNERS ( PAM AND LES MCCURDY) REALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. IVE NEVER SEEN A FUNNIER ACT IN A COMEDY THEATER THAN I DID IN THAT ONE. TELL TAYLOR I SAID HI AND I LOVE HER! LOVE, DJ
