This theater is the pits and management too- bought tickets for Avatar on New Years Day- got to there 3:15 for 3:45 show- concession lines out door but only two people working- got into the movie and they had over sold no seats- got to manager and all he can say is Holiday week end-what that has to do with over selling seats? Got refund stub and still waiting for the refund 6 days later- manager rude and snotty wasted 2 hours getting in and out plus the $21 for parking and concession which did not eat since did not see movie-spoiled anniversary gift. Would highly recommend anyone going to movies in Sarasota Fla stay away from the Regal and go to Westgate-Regal is a fraud and rip off
