GO TO THE CLUB HOUSE. THEY HAVE PLENTY OF TASTY FOODS TO ENJOY. GO TO HAVE A NICE NIGHT OUT , IF YOU WIN ,EVEN BETTER. IF YOU WANT A HUGE RACETRACK GO TO DERBY LANE IN ST. PETERSBURG. THIS IS A SMALL FACILITY , BUT I LOVE IT........ NOTHING FANCY , JUST GOOD OLE DOG RACING.

I have been to many restaurants and gaimg facilities in my time and i have even owned some restaurants and this has to be the most poorly run establishment I have seen. The regular employees are great but the management staff is pathetic. they would do themselves a great favor if they got someone in there who knew how to run a track and a restaurant for that matter. It is painfully obvious that whoever is running that restaurant is clueless. We will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a frequent player at Sanford Orlando, attend matinees every MWF and usually Saturday evenings. The facilities were bad before PennNational took over, now they are worse. Employees are great, but you leave alot to be desired in your maintenance, especially the betting machines. The need serious repair. I hae been unable to place bets and get closed out because the machines won't take the money or vouchers. The screens are hard to make your bets, one must be very carefull as you press 2 and it comes up 3, or you press 1 and it comes up 7. Your customer service needs an over-haul. How long has it been since the floor has been torn up downstairs? Your online service also leaves alot to be desired. Like today, Monday 7/13. I was looking for the results but they were not available. Even thru gray matter. The past few days when the results wee available they only showed up to the 11th race. 12, 13 and 14 were not available. I know times are hard, but if you want bettors like myself to continue to patronize your facility, you should take heed as I speak for many frequent patrons. I have not visited Daytona as it is too far, but I hear that is one fantastic facility. I know they have Poker and the religious nuts in the area are protesting you introducing Poker, but will that be enough to make all the changes necessary? I had to send this to you this way as I could not get online the normal way. It stated it was not available. Again the employees are super but the administration needs a spanking........

Great place to eat and spend money. Food takes a bit but it is worth the wait and price. Nice view of the track. Overall great experiance. Good Luck!

The only downside especially for us brits is that you have to pay the tax on large winnings which obviously we dont at home. But it would have been nice to have been told. There are no notices anywhere warning about it. All staff are really friendly and helpful the only difference for us is we have 6 dogs you have 8 per race. Keep us the good work.

I was just wandering.. do the sandford orlando kennel club let people under 18..?? plz help me.. i wanted to go real bad this week..i need to know
