Ship of Shame 2
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/10/08
This was one of the most hateful companies you can ever experience. They hate the employees and the customers. Now they are going to sink the ship with an accident as they move away and cost all the employees the jobs they had. A truly bad company.

don't worry about cruising here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/07/08
It doesn't matter anymore, as today when we got to work, we were told Sterling was shut down and we no longer have jobs. The ship has been falling apart for months, so I guess this was inevitable.

OUTSTANDING!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/05/08
My husband and I have been enjoying Sterling for about 9 years. Even back in the days when the cruise was $25.00 a head. I have never had a bad time on this ship. The drink service for slot players could be better, but that's not a biggie for me. Everyone is always nice and they do all they can to control the idiots that think they can play three or four slot machines at once on a packed ship. We go for the New Years Eve cruise every year. There isn't a better deal in the world. Now that the cruise is free, food is free, we go much more often. It's a fabulous time for us empty nesters in between Vegas trips!!! One trip on Sun Cruz and you'll be a Sterlinger for life!!! The Knights of Kissimmee

Sterlings service is starting to go down.
By chaun, 06/26/08
As a person that loves Blackjack, Myself and a few friends go on the Sterling at least once a week. At one time I used to have nothing but good words for the boat even though I didn't win anything. The dealers have the worst attitudes I have ever encountered. Some feel as if you have to tip no matter if you are winning or losing. The vibe that you get is if you don't tip I WANT YOU TO LOOSE. I alway tip if I am winning but when I'm loosing (which is ofter) I'm sorry but I don't. The same with the waitress, if you are not winning you have to hunt one down. Now they only open up 1 deck to play games other than slots so you don't have the option of not sitting at the table of the grouchy dealers. We used to loose about $5,000 between the 4 of us that were going and still say we had a good time. The service is so bad now that we just said screw it we'll stay home.

Not a nice trip...
By John, 05/18/08
We went out on 05/14/08 on the night cruise. Bad bus ride from our resort to boat. Seas were rough and so was the ride. Bathrooms were nasty, waitresses with complimentary drinks were scarce, and there were a number of intoxicated persons who were out of control and staff didn't do anything about it. I was really disappointed in this cruise.

WHY PASS UP A FREE BOAT RIDE?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/11/08
Free cruise!! you can sit out on the deck and take in the ocean air, even if you dont play the slots! Its a nice ship with many levels and free food. I went on a night cruise, it was a bit cold out to enjoy the deck and lost money on the slots and got a little sea sick, but I would go again! Proably when it was warmer so i could sit outside longer. Theres a few bars also if you like to drink. Everyone should try it at least once. Afterall, its Free!

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/26/08
It's a great way to spend the day with my friends for our girls day out. We had fun everything was free we only had to pay for our gaming... I tell everyone I know to go. Everyone on the ship was helpful and friendly.

Great Getaway
By The Low Roller, 02/05/08
I have been on the Sterling many times enjoyed every minute of it. I have brought relatives and friends and they also liked it very much, even though some of them do not gamble. The staff are curtious and friendly; the food is decient and plentiful, and the entertainment is wonderful. Where else can you have such a fun day with no up-front fees? I have won a few times and lost several times, but then I am really going for the entertainment not to supplement my income. I cannot wait until they are sailing again!
