Avoid this \"restaurant\"

We arrived at the Frost Mug expecting a much different place. Being recommended by a friend, we decided to stay and partake.
We should have gotten the clue when it took over 15 minutes to take our drink order when sitting at the bar. Next we ordered the "award winning" Wisconsin Cheese Plate. While waiting for our appitizer, we placed our food order only to find out that they were out of Haddock for the Fish and Chips. I ordered the Filet instead, seeing nothing else that interested me. As a party of six, some ordered soup, Ceasar and mixed salads. After what seemed like an eternity, soups arrived - but no appitizer yet. Then we find out they are out of Caesar salad. How do you run out of salad? Finally, after an hour - our cheese plate arrives. It was very tasty. They offered a round of beverages on the house to compensate.
A good hour after the cheese plate, no dinner. We enquired only to find out it was just about ready. After another half an hour and two hours after we arrived, we decided to pack it up and leave. Just then the bell rings in the kitchen and they tell us our food is ready. At this point, nobody wants to be there - but we feel obligated.
After dropping half of one entree' on the floor and one not being delivered at all, we decided to pack it in. After a discussion with the manager (owner?), she said that after the story on the local news, people have been taking advantage of her. I don't know what the story was about, but would have loved to see it. We were finally presented with a bill for $146 and four take out boxes. Needless to say, we didn't take either.
Whatever you do, avoid this restaurant.
