Dont believe negative reviews that I am sure the competition or people who have been let go published. The boat has never looked better and the fishing has never been better. I have been fishing out of this port on party boats most of my life. The Miss Cape has never looked better. I am so happy that the owner has a crew that cares. This boat is clean and the crew are in uniform and clean cut. Cant say that about the other two boats that are in the port. Do yourself a favor and get on a real boat called the Miss Cape Canaveral and you will catch fish. My name is Jason and I stand by this statement
i have gone out on the miss cape for fishing this month ( july ) and it is what it is a head boat it was crowed and hot and the fish did bite, i did not catch any thing , but the mates on the deck worked hard and ran around putting hooks and leaders on for every one.One mate hook a barricuda and gave it to a kid about 9 years old to bring in, and tried to catch other fish for the passangers.about 65-70 people were on board about half cought fish .i had a great time
I've been fishing many times before from the gulf coast to the atlantic ocean and found the owners and crew the most helpful of any I have ever experienced. They went out of their way to show me around the boat and marina with plenty of time to ask all the questions I had. The crew gave me so many hints to bring in a huge catch. We had so much fun and the staff kept us laughing, full of good food and good times. I reccomend this trip to seasoned fishesman as well as begginers. If you get a chance, talk to Captain Adams. He has great stories from over 50 years experience. What a great seaman. I can't wait to go back.

all these other reviews are wrong when went the boat was very clean the mates extremely nice and helpful i told one i wanted to catch a kingfish and you know what I caught 4 plus a cobia! Cant wait to GO BACK!
We went on a half day fishing trip with the Miss Cape Canaveral.
We had a great time and every one was very nice. We were the first people to fish on their new boat Captain Anderson X. This is an older boat but has been completly renovated. This boat is gorgeous and the price was fair. To me the boat had a lot of room and was very clean. Our mate Matt was very helpful and seemed to know just every answer to the million questions my son asked. If you want to take your family on a great fishing trip this is the boat. Next time I want to try full day fishing.

Don't bash the captain and the boat just cause you can't catch fish and or hold your lunch. I went out in 8-10 foot seas and had a great time. After the hour or two ride out there you get used to it and can start drinking and fishing. I'll definately go back.
I had a good time on the boat. I thought the mates were friendly and helpful. I caught fish, though not as many or as large as I would have liked. I do agree with the other reviewers about the sardines being overpriced and (at least to me) a waste. In the week I was in Cocoa Beach, I went out on three shark trips and one day trip. I would have gone out more, but the weather was bad out to sea and they would not go out if the waves were too high, though other reviewers said differently.
The one night we went out and caught few sharks, the company gave us a raincheck for half off any trip we wanted. I thought this was a very nice thing to do. I will go out on this boat again next time I am in the area.
i would like to take the time to thank the crew on the half day fishing trip..evan though we were dissapointed that we did not actually get to fish due to rough waters.the crew and captain were more than enjoyable.especially one of your crew i believe his name was sean.he was very helpful in teaching everyone that day how to bait our hooks and use our reals .he really got our attention when he proceeded to bite the tail off the bait.that was great, very amusing.we cant stop talking about him .this guy should do stand up .i would suggest anyone who is thinking about going fishing defiantly go when sean is working.gaureented to have a good time Evan if you don't catch any fish.the rest of the crew and captain are great also we will betelling our friends and families.we will be seeing you guys again real soon.
thanks again guys
