I agree with the review from First and Last Visit completely. It sounds like we had the exact same experience. The greens were some of the worst I've every seen. I took 2 friends from out of town and they couldn't believe how we were treated. Do not waste your time or money on this place. Windsor Golf Club is about 3 miles away.

Website says they welcome all ages and skill levels. This is not true. The staff was rude, the course was all temporary holes but apparently you are only allowed 12 minutes on any given hole. Of course, they don't mention this to you until you are ready to leave after 9 when you've been harrassed by multiple staff about how you should play best ball. We aren't great but we weren't messing around either. They just want to shuffle the people through so they can make their money. Who cares if you didn't enjoy your $150 worth? More people here and more money to make. Never again

Sometimes the greens can be a little shabby, but for $22 for the whole summer you can't beat it. The course is wide open, but has some difficult shots to the greens. It has both easy to very difficult wholes and the cart girls have big.... shirts :).

I have been going to Jax Beach Golf Club for approx. 8 years during my stays here. There is no doubt that most of the people there are famaliar with me. I have said numerous times that the first thing that brings me back is the people that make your visit worth while. The course has evolved much over the same period of time. The greens are what most people would like to play. The course is challenging with long par 4s, the par 3s are no give away and the fairways are ample however require some playing ability. They do not punish the beginner and allow people to enjoy the game of golf. From Boots, Sandy and Mary to the lawn mowers to the cart persons I have always been treated like I owned the golf club. I would recomend that anyone who has the opportunity to play should. I have had as many as 20 people here that are friends who I have played with from Canada to here and where just blowen away by the way they were treated. Most have changed their vaction plans from Myrtle Beach to return to Jax Beach again this year. Job Well Done ! ! ! !

GREAT ATMOSPHERE FOR LOW KEY GOLF. lANDSCAPING GREAT BUT GREEENS AND FAIRWAYS NEED IMPOVEMENT. mANY OF THE GREENS PUTTED AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS AND ADJUSTMENTS WERE VERY HARD. a GREAT NO HASSLE ATMOSPHERE BUT DRESS CODE MET THE BEACHES ATMOSPHERE NOT THE GOLF CODE WE EXPECTED.

We had a group of 8 people in Fl for the Super Bowl and decided to golf at this club. The course was in great shape and fun for the average golfer (wide open). The staff was very helpful and did everything possible for us to have a great time. I would highly recommend this course for anyone interested in having a great day at a nice golf course with an exceptionally friendly staff.

From the unwelcoming grummpy staff that have forgotten that we the customers choose golf as our relaxation and hobby and do not want our enthusiasmn dampened by such greeting as YES??? The condition of the course despite investment remains pathetic the new green are in as poor a shape as i have ever seen on a golf course and the greenkeeping staff really do need to be shown how to cut grass as well as greens...perhaps a suggestion to the city to buy a cutter that actually does the job would be an improvement check out the 4th green for a demonstartion of how not to maintain your greens The course is NOT value for money the fact that you can have trash for free should reflect this Come on Jax Beach City you can do as your customers deserve...MUCH BETTER
