I do not sell CL. However, I will support an independent business woman when I can. Walmart isn't going to give you free items. It's not always about where you can get things cheaper. Sometimes it's about supporting people and getting more advantages than just the product itself. Not all moms can go out and get traditional jobs. I like knowing that, by buying from them, I'm helping them earn an income for their family. I don't host parties, but I will attend them. The quality and style of CL isn't for everyone. If you were invited to a fine jewelry party you would be complaining about the cost of that jewelry too. You get what you pay for. CL is fun, fashionable jewelry. You can get a lot of it for a small price. If you want fine jewelry expect to pay the price for it. And why are people always complaining about being invited to parties? Be a grown up and just say "no thanks" if you don't want to go. Some people actually enjoy shopping from home and supporting family and friends.

I used to buy Cookie Lee for myself and since I liked it so much I joined the company and now I can not only wear it but also sell jewelry that is not only affordable but stylish, people who write bad comments about Cookie Lee can not handle the presure of not selling their own jewelry from companies they work for, Cookie Lee is willing to get new consultants, specially the ones who write those bad reviews and work for the "other" companies.

Hi Ladies- This company is great. I've been selling for 5 years. Won the trip three times. You can make as much as you want, it's whatever effort you put into this business or anyother. You recieve leads from your website, as long as you purchase $500 a month, and recruit 2 people every three months. It's that simple. Cookie Lee Jewelry is also %100 guarentted for the first year. If it tarnished return it to your consultant, for a credit or replacement. Before you throw out miss information about a company, know the facts, ank questions you may be surprised. There are not many companies that you can start for as little as $99 dollars, and make 50% profit from day one. Have a great day ladies!

You guys are really amusing! Get a life! If you don't like it, don't buy it! If you sell for another company have some class and don't bad mouth. I am sure there are those out there that would say the same about your company. Didn't your mother's teach you anything - "If you don't have something nice to say then don't say anything at all!" We all have different tastes, styles and OPINIONS and yes that is what they are YOUR OPINIONS! So, do us all a favor and keep your negativity to yourself!

Hey I'm a former cookie lee consultant who became disillusioned with the quality and price of cookie lee jewelry and quit. So instead of giving my son's girlfriend another soon to be tarnished piece of expensive cookie lee I decided I would get her something decent for a change and went to Wal mart just to see what they have. I bought a gorgeous sterling sliver chain with a huge cubic zirconia heart for $20!!!! Everyone keeps saying"this isn't sterling silver because your not paying for sterling silver" yada yada. So then go to wal mart ladies and pay LESS for sterling silver than for cookie lee fake jewlery.

I have been a consultant for 1 1/2 years. With smart management - not running right out and purchasing a high inventory, but rather stocking those items that you know will sell in your area, there is some REAL money to be made. I work a full time job in addition to Cookie Lee. An NO, I do not chase down my friends or family to book shows. My hostesses are people who really WANT to have a show and enjoy the jewelry. Yes, I have had pieces that I've been disappointed in, but the company makes good on any breakage or defects. Even the higher end jewelry stores have breakage issues. No, its not sterling silver, but you're not paying for sterling silver either. For the price, the jewelry is great. I love the up to date styles and I feel truly special when someone compliments my jewelry. Everyone has an opinion, but it really makes me mad when other DSA Jewelry companies look their nose down on my business. You know what, I'm honest and hard working. I don't discredit your product, don't discredit mine. There's a place for all of us.

I get compliments EVERY TIME I wear Cookie Lee. It's awesome. I've been buying it for four years and only had one piece with a problem. I called my consultant and she replaced it immediately - no problem whatsoever. I buy jewelry from multiple places, but Cookie Lee is my favorite!

Ladies...are we talking about real jewelry. We are talking about costume jewelry. I buy from Cookie Lee and I have from other companies as well. I am not a consultant for any company either. I would be upset if one of my REAL pieces of jewelry that I paid $$$$ for tarnished but we are talking about costume jewelry here. Be smart and take care of it like they tell you too....if you do that you won't have any problems. If it breaks don't whine...how much did you spend on it??? These companies repair your pieces or have some form of a guarantee. For the women on here promoting their business vs. another one...watch how you do it...bashing another company is in my opinion a poor business decision.

I do sell Cookie Lee and yes I love it! You do have breakage depending on the volume that you purchase/sell. Do the research on jewelry breakage please...up to 4% of ALL (fine and costume) jewelry may have some kind of breakage. Do the math and figure out your percentage. Tarnish? It's costume jewelry so don't shower, swim or wear it to the gym. Also, evaluate how rough you are on your jewelry - some people tend to be a little rougher and not as careful with their jewelry then blame it on the pieces and not how they treat the item. We do replace or repair so call your consultant or any consultant to take care of the issue. There is a place for all of our companies and businesses as well as customers and consultants for all of our companies. We do not need to stoop to low class name calling - if you don't like it and you think it is junk - throw it away and go to the mall! If you are with another company that is awesome and I wish you luck! However, don't critisize my company because I chose it and not yours. I am sure that there are thousands of women who will disagree with you regarding your opinions (and opinions are what we are reading - I have mine and you have yours!). I have repeat customers and hostesses every year - and they keep coming back and sending me new ones! As far as pushing the recruiting - not true! If you felt that way I am sorry that your experience is not what mine has been. I tell the girls on my team to work the business as they wish but if they love this company then share the gift that was given to them if they want to. Making money? Hmmm...it's like any other business, you have to work hard to earn your income. You can't walk into a corporation and expect to make a lot of money by doing nothing. Well, I hate to break it to you but it is the same with direct sales - it's not easy money but it is doable! If you make the effort, have a good attitude and have a good work ethic. In conclusion, the jewelry is fabulous, the fellowship is amazing and the money...well, you determine that with your own efforts! Have a sparkling 2009 - I know I will!

If you bought it very recently I would call your consultant, that should not happen with "quality" jewelry by just getting it a little wet. Your piece has turned and won't be turning back. If you 've had it for some time you can still call but in my experience that is pretty normal for cookie lee, my favorite pair of earrings just turned after owning them and taking care of them for 3 months, they retail for $18 and I think that's a ripoff.
