This is absolutely the place to stroll, look at some great bikes old and new, dream, and shop for anything Harley-Davidson that you can imagine. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is huge and has the greatest selection of bikes, merchandise, parts and accessories. There is a great little bar in the hotel on the premises and a killer bar-b-que restaurant right there, too. This is a must stop when you are driving by on the highway in Daytona Beach.
after daytona speedway, your harley store is about the best stop in florida. great staffewgreat selection. makes you want to buy something just because are there. every trip, i see something new. looking forwar to my next trip and i tell everyone going near daytona to stop in. thanks.
Been riding for 35 years and if this was the only shop around I'd quit riding altogether instead of going there and that's the truth. They're dedicated to first time buyers walking in with fat wallets and could care less about everyone else. Service? Not too sure they can even spell it, much less provide it. Words that come to mind are, rude, abrasive, arrogant, intolerant, disinterested, cold, snobbish. These are definitely NOT brothers on wheels, fellow riders, etc. I post the above however for those of you who are.
I took a pair Harley Boots back that were bought May 25th.The soles had completely split down the middle of both boots. They had been worn 3 months!!!! They wouldn't do ONE THING TO HELP ME !!! They were RUDE!!
I took them to the big store and they were not only nice but took them back and honored your awful service and boots!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE !!! GO TO THE BIG STORE IN ORMOND BEACH !!!!
I didnt like anything at all here. No one if friendly the staff and management is rude!
I cant even think of anything else to say except if you are on interstate 95 in Ormond Beach keep going, dont stop at this Harley Store.
Brought my bike in while on a road trip from Boca. The bike was under extended Harley warranty. Dealer refused to repair my clutch pedal because they said the dealer that did my 5K service didn't lube it properly.
Then i told them it was done at Uncle Bruce's Pompano dealership. DOH!!
Eventually they did a temporary repair that went bad again after another 200 miles. Money money money is Uncle Bruce's theme song.
My wife and I have been in three times and did not have one salesman ask us if they could help us. The "girls" pointed us in the direction of where we could buy boots. After selecting, on our own, what we needed in the form of a boot, we made a purchase (of a boot only). When we looked at bikes, not one person would deal with us. The manager sat and looked at a catalog and pretended we did not exist. We were the only ones in the store. We had $18,000 to drop on our Harley experience but we were sized up and the management determined we were tire kickers. (Again, no other customers were in the store). We stood for five minutes, in front of a salesman (manager?) office asking each other (myself and wife) questions. Again no one would talk to us. Bad move on their part. We are taking the boots back tomorrow and dropping our money with another store. Most Harley stores in this area are owned by the same person, however each store has a different manager. In our opinion, management arrogance is not a good form of management. The Daytona Beach street store was a total turn off. My advice, never decide who is a "real" customer before you make the effort to find out why they are are in the store. Maybe we need to look at another dealership for our riding experience or at another bike. The Harley experience at this store was not at all what we expected.
