Sunshine Park Mall, Daytona Beach

The mall is a waste of time. There are no worthwhile places to shop or eat. From what I've seen, tenants do not stay very long. After looking at the map of the mall, I can honestly say that most of the stores listed no longer exist. The "MANAGEMENT" needs an overhaul. They are full of empty promises & could care less about the happiness of their tenants. I guess I could say that it's a good place for mall walkers, but that doesn't pay anybody's rent.

Like? NOTHING Dislike................carnival atmosphere,transients everywhere, police every day. Skateboarders allowed to roam freely,putting the elderly at risk.Nothing to attract customers. It used to be a nice mall,but with the management they have now (or lack of ) People are leaving the so-called mall left and right. The "management" knows nothing about what the public wants or needs,and they don't seem to care what happens to the mall

So much for the kids to do. There is a dance studio, ice rink and I see a "jumpy place" is coming soon. Look forward to that. I can go to the bank, AT&T store, shop for groceries or clothing at Bealls outlet store, then a fantastic sandwich at Dimitri's

This mall is dead, take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the Volusia Mall on International Speedway Blvd. Just a Publix and not much else, also the area is seedy.

I like it because it has a Publix and a giant dollar store. Also citing the hazards of added traffic and a nearby liquor store, a group of residents told the Land Regulation Development Board to reject plans for a day- care center and preschool for 45 children. They got their wish. I work there.

the mall is so bad nothing in there maybe they should tare it down and put something nice there
