Captiva Kayaking trip was super
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/08/08
Bingo! My wife & I had a super experience. Saw dolphin, bald eagle, all the large birds. Greg has knowledge wide & deep of area wildlife, plant life, archaeology, local conservation issues. We had fun. Price was right. It was relaxing. We still talk about it. Kayaks clean & spiffy, no worrisome wobble, easily paddled, no skill required, great for kids and oldsters, too. Efficient attention to physical fit and comfort. I used a pricey camera with little concern. Barb & Greg are environmentally friendly with passion and smarts. Consider calling ahead to ask about reservations. They constantly monitor weather radar at the dock to maximize safety -- things can change quickly. While we were there Barb & Greg were dunking a new hydrophone off the dock to listen to the manatees who had excavated a nursery right where the kayaks put in. Funny thing, they don't sound fat.

Fantastic experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/14/06
Finally a kayak to fit my body and paddling experience. Their variety of first class, comfortable and well equipped boats is superb. The staff is extremely helpful, furnish complete instructions for everyone. If the weather isn't favorable for fun paddling, they won't let you go out....unlike every other place I've been to.. ..And you might consider a guided tour. Very informative, easy to do, and an item of value. --A place you don't want to miss--
