We went the last of July 2008. Boca Bowl On Commercial Trail. Took 5 teenagers and 4 adults. Reserved two lanes as part of their Pizza Bowl. First they put us on a lane that wasn't working well-not returning balls, not resetting the pins. Moved us to another lane after repeated trips to the front asking for help. Lost lots of bowling time on one lane.
Assured us they would extend the bowling to finish the game because of the problem- they stopped us on the 10th frame first ball. ONLY needed one more ball to complete the game and get a score. We asked to finish- would not do it.
No customer service skills- we paid $120.00 for two hours of bowling/shoes/ two pizzas/drinks and couldn't even finish the last game! One ball to complete the score. Very frustrating to the kids.
Don't go- their message was they don't care about you as a customer.
We had such a good time. Clean, fast and friendly serbice. And I even bowled good! Awsome time had by and and we can't wait to go back. I'm going to try to arrange a company outing for our company's holiday party. Thanks guys!!!
my family loves bowling at DON CARTER'S, excellent and secure atmosphere, kids love it!!! between the video games, bowling and snacks (of course a drink one in a while) the whole family can relax and have a great time around the corner from home
