Argia Mystic Cruises, Mystic

REALLY enjoyed this trip. Not too long, not too short. There is a scenic trip out the Mystic River under power and then a great sail in the Sound. They gave us cheese and crackers and we brought a bottle of wine. You can also buy a bottle of wine from them when you get there. We had a drifter day and just sailed along slowly. Didn’t get very far under sail, cuz no wind, but boy was it peaceful! I just haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time. The crew says the earlier sails (we went at 5:30) typically have more wind and cover more ground, but I really liked the experience we had. BTW, they go by Argia Cruises now, still the Schooner Argia though.

Awesome cruise, recommend the evening sail for anyone interested in going out on a great cruise. Kids usually go on earlier cruises from what the crew told us.
