Rocky Mountain Image Day Spa, Glenwood Springs

I hate to do this, I really do. But there were several things very wrong about Rocky Mountain Day Spa. I went to Steamboat on a week long vacation with my boyfriend and planned on spa-ing while he was skiing. When I called a week in advance, I wanted to schedule a number of things. As soon as I told them I wanted to schedule a facial, they cut me off (I guess not expecting me to book other services) and so I didn't. I ended up going to another spa for other services. When I got there, they were nice and I was excited about my facial. Their facilities are very nice and relaxing. However, when the facial started, I was a little wary. The esthetician was very nice, but her breath smelled like cigarettes (and when someone is right in your face for 90 minutes, thats the last thing you want to smell.) I kind of got over that until right during the facial massage, she sneezed. Now, I understand that sometimes that happens, but instead of washing her hands, she squirted hand sanitizer on her hands and continued rubbing my face!!!!!!! If that wasn't enough, she didn't wipe everything off and so I walked out looking crazy with peel-able mask stuck to my face. I paid and left but was still a little frazzled with all that went on.
