Nice Place

Nice place with a good variety of trails. Good base facilities. Not as big as Royal Gorge and not as desolate - Tahoe Donner feels like you are in a development and you are pretty well always in sight of houses. Trails not always well marked. Worth a visit though

good place for cross country skiing

a lot of different trails for all levels of skiers... Tahoe Donner has fewer trails than Royal Gorge, but more than any other X-country place in Tahoe area.. And it is cheaper than Royal Gorge... Overall, excellent place
