Winding Rose Florist & Gifts, Santa Rosa

I do like the Winding Rose Gift shop although nobody ever greets you or even acknowledges you because they are usually talking amongst themselves. There are some nice, but pricey gifts and it smells so good (like fresh cut flowers) My complaint is with the CRANKY OLDER WOMAN IN THE POST OFFICE. She is VERY RUDE every time I go in there. She has white hair and glasses. I don't care that she is slow, her line is always long, or that she doesn't know how to count money. It is her sheer constant rude grumpy demeanor that I can't stand. Time to retire honey.

I have been a consistent visitor at the Winding Rose - using their post office for years. I have always observed their friendly, family-like interactions with their customers. (Even though I was only using their post office services, they were friendly and helpful.) I finally had an occasion to send flowers and the arrangement was unique, long-lasting, and one of the most beautiful arrangements my sister had ever received. I definitely received value for my money and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I stopped here with my family to get a thanksgiving arrangement for relatives we were visiting. We are from out of town and just came upon this flower shop first. The people that worked in the shop were arrogant and rude. The arrangement contained a sparse amount of flowers for the price. I was extremely disappointed and encourage people to find another alternative. There has to be better florists in the area. We will never use them again.
