I called today looking for a particular item. The lady that answered the phone did NOT know what I was asking for so I had to explain exactly what I needed. After I explained, without asking (because she obviously had no idea what I was talking about) she said that they didn't carry anything like that.
Not so good on the customer service.
Don't listen to the all caps review up above. Here's the real deal about the Lone Wolf cigar shop. The shop does indeed have some of the finer accessories and cigars on the west side. And it's a little more upscale than your regular smoke shop. However, the inventory's prices are out of sight. They have some of the most expensive cigars, and I'm just talking about some of the cheapies. Expect to pay $15 dollars for a cigar you can get somewhere else for $7. The staff knows their stuff, but they come off with a snobbish and swarmy overtones. And they play the same stupid songs over and over on a mediaplayer loop! If you love Gypsy Kings, come on down to the Lone Wolf, cause that's all they play, and because of their prices and attitudes, you'll most likely not wanna play with them.
