Catalyst, The

After one of the crummiest road trips to see Trapt at this location, we were warmly greeted by the door staff. They we're very helpful and answered all of our questions in a professional and courtious manner. The gentleman manning the ticket sales booth was a gem! The serving staff inside the club all had warm cheerful smiles all night long. I watched one young security guard get verbally abused by a customer who clearly had gone past his personal limit for booze. The guard maintained his composure at all times and helped the abusive customer very nicely. I hope I get the chance to make another trip to Santa Cruz and the Catalyst! A MUST make stop for entertainment!
