New Management = exhorbitant price increase!

Don't get me wrong but I simply love the services that I receive from two long time employees but give me a break! There have been two price increases, one right after ownership changed and another one over three months ago. These increases average 45% from the previous rates of the old owner. Yet there has been no dramatic change in the look of the facility. The times I have been back, there were a number of people, obviously family members of the owner, milling about in the waiting room. Very unprofessional.
If this establishment is to survive, they should make dramatic changes akin to Burke Williams to justify the prices they charge.
