Avanti Cafe, Pasadena

Called in an order for pick-up Arrived to pick it up. No one in the restaurant eating One lady at the counter getting change. I see my order off to the side. Phone rings Waitress answers it and puts them on hold. She finishes giving change to the lady. Asked me to wait till she takes the order from phone. She talks to person on the phone as if she knows them. The person on the phone does not know what they want so she starts to read the menu to them. All this time my food is getting cold. I tried to get get her attention so that I could get my order but she look at me then turn away.
