A relative went to the Sat Night showing of Pinocchio and raved about the wonderful pre-show with the organist and other entertainment. He suggested I take our 85 year old relative. Since I wanted to take her on a weekday afternoon, I made a point to call ahead of time to ask if the same pre-show would be presented at that time. I was told by group sales that every single showing would have exactly the same pre-show. When we arrived, there was no organist, and the theater manager said he is only there on weekends. Pinocchio ends before the weekend, so we are just out of luck altogether. He said I must have called an 800 number. I think the person I spoke to was at Disney in Burbank, but I felt I should have been better informed no matter who I called.
It was a very big disappointment!
