Burke Williams Day Spa

Really disappointed with phone customer service. Never really been treated with such disregard when there has been an issue. The staff at the locations have been to have been wonderful and the spa services themselves are great but otherwise a huge thumbs down.

I just called to make reservations for 3 and Darnell was very professional and accomodating. It was a pleasure booking the spa with him. He is a true find in a world of many who just don't care. Give the man a raise!!

Customer service phone person was loud, abrupt, unprofessional...did not speak clearly and hung up on me as I tried to express an opinion. Burk Williams does not offer spouses sharing a room while having a massage....so much for laid back, casual....anything goes lifestyle in southern Ca. How childish...I would advise against Burk and go to another spa where you get more for you money and no one dictates to you if you can be in a room with your wife getting a massage. Web site doesn't even work properly.

It took 5 days, many emails and over 2 hours on the phone to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the manager's solution was to RECHARGE my card and credit it back later IF the original charge was confirmed. The only compensation they offered for the stress and inconvenience I endured was free shipping which would not have been necessary if they had listened to me to begin with. Buyer beware!

I've been to the one in Pasadena and I just love it. I wish I can afford to go once a month. But I usually book a message twice a year with friends and family. It is a wonderful place for relaxation.

I love burke williams. It is so relaxing you dont even need to get treatments. i got the relaxation massage and it was heavenly. i felt rejuvenated after.

I had the 80 min spa style facial which include neck, upper back, arms and feet massage. Well the tech was feathering my neck and back. I asked for more pressure... She attempted two strokes of harder pressure and quickly moved to another area and feathered again. She didnt massage my face during the facial at all. All i felt was the brushing and the warm towel cleaning afterward. Then she gave me two strokes each arm less than one min. Same thing with the feet... two strokes and then i'm done. $155 was a friggin waste. I heard so much raves about BW. I think they are overrated.
