Disappointed
I ordered flowers over the phone for a funeral. The girl that took my order did not seem like she was quite sure what she was doing, but I continued on because they had gotten such great reviews online. After giving her the pertinent information, she asked what I wanted to put on the card. As I was telling her, she stopped me and asked me to spell the word “region” because she didn’t know how, so I did. Once we were done, I asked her to send me an email receipt, she said she would. I never got it, so I called the next day. I spoke to someone else and they sent me the receipt. By this time, it was 1 hour before the service was to start. I looked at the receipt, which showed the message. It was awful . . . the first sentence had 2 periods at the end if it and in second sentence, the word “region” had been spelled “ridgen”. Pretty sad that she didn’t know how to spell “region” to begin with; inexcusable that she couldn’t even get it right after it was spelled for her. I suggest if you need flowers, you order them in person, not over the phone.
