UNJUSTIFIED ACTIONS!

I will never go back to this library, one of the worst I have been in, and I have been in many through the states. I got a book out, had to put a deposit at that, later that day found the book at a local book store, bought it and took the library book back within two hours, got my deposit back, and thought okay... that is done!
WRONG!
a month later I get a notice sent to me that they want their book back and I will be charged for it being overdue!
Oh, and this isn't the first time, My daughter had a card there and she was getting books, she would take them back BUT they would continue to send letters and call our home saying the books were overdue!
Alright in baseball three strikes your out!
I would tell them, we would go there show them the book was returned! Okay, so this was the last straw! I had got a library card the same day I took this book out, because I wanted to see if this is their way of doing business, Well, of course it must be, because the same thing has taken place! So I drove down to the library went in there with the letter I rec'vd and walked to the shelf, took the book off the shelf, it had stamped the date in it I took it out, and on the front someone had wrote really hard so you could tilt the book and read what they wrote, SO, I knew this was the book! (the same one I had), I went up to the desk, asked the girl to talk to whom ever is a head of the library, she him hah's around finally gets on the phone and the head of the library appears a few minutes later...I told her, I will never come back to this library ever...I said this is the book, I took out and paid a deposit for, this is the letter I rec'vd today, she looks at it and says, Well, was that book in the correct place on the shelf? , I said Ma'm...I do not work for you, and I don't appreciate driving clear down here to do your employees job, It is right on the shelf, I should have never got this letter, BUT this isn't the first time, My daughter was getting them, So I got my own card to see if it was just her, and I rec'vd the same treatment! I gave her my card all cut up and I told her...I will never come back here...EVER!
So eight hours has passed and now, the head of the library sends me an e-mail that read:
Thank you for bringing your issue to my attention. As a result we are working on our procedures to avoid this happening in the future. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
GOOD LUCK TO WHOM EVER GOES TO THIS LIBRARY!
