$458 negative-experience with Island Wings!!

We booked tickets on Island Wings with a vendor in a shack near where the ship docked. . .everything was taken care of and we were to meet the pick-up bus at a location about 100-yards from the shack. At the time we expected pickup, we were at the site. . no pickup. The person who had sold us the flights (flight for 2 persons) had since closed his shack, and was nowhere to be found. We waited for about 45-min, asking questions of people that were in the area, and could get no good answers for follow-up. We had been given almost nothing for paperwork, and really did not even know the vendor (Island Wings) we had supposedly booked with. We gave up and booked flight with another vendor close to the same area, and had a very nice flight.
The next time we had any contact with Island Wings was when I called them upon being billed for the flight that we had been unable to take. We were told that they had come to the pickup area, waited for us to show, and were therefore authorized to bill us.
The net of all of this is that I have had a $458 learing experience, and am very disappointed in Island Wings not beleiving my side of the events that day!!
