Lambert Fun Zone

Not surprised to hear that the owner has a reputation for being rude--i've never in my life seen such rudeness by a business owner towards a customer but I saw it today with my own eyes at my grandchild's birthday party. It was unbelievable and the party was not at all what was advertised. Apparently the people that owned this now own a business in Dothan, Alabama under the name The Fun Zone and though the location changed--the business ethics are the same--LOUSY!

I did not like this place it was very filthy, espically the play tubes.My childs Birthday party was definately not worth the price.And to top things off, we lost tokens in every game we tried to play. And for that lady who they said was the owner..............RUDE. Maybe she needs another drink. I hope we will get a new place with people who know how to run it and keep it clean. And for the after school program. I think that more mature employees would be better for the job. I heard they were now in Dothan Alabama running a place. This is just the type of place they need to go to. I think this fits them better. Sincerely Me

This place was lost in an F4 tornado in November of 2006. It is no longer there. There were a number of people inside, including children with the storm struck collapsing most of the building. About 35 people escaped with mostly minor injuries. I understand the place will not be rebuilt because of insurance/financial reasons. The people that owned it now operate a center in Dothan, Alabama.

I absoultely love Fun Zone! I am 20 years old and my sorority frequents Fun Zone on sisterhood events! It has a great family atmosphere and caters to all ages and tastes! I hope that it reopens soon and we are praying for the owners and preschoolers and faculty that were effected by the recent storms!

The new lady who owns this plce does not know how to run it. I remeber when I went there in 2002 it was great all the rides were working it was a okay price there were no injuries but now everything is terrible. The old owner deffintly knew what he was doing.but in 2006 I went on one of the rides which I waited 45 minutes to get on and right when I get on it stops working I tried to get the $20 i paid for the tickets but this lady won't give me a refund and is sarcastic and rude AND SHE WAS THE OWNER!!!!! I saw one of the enployees curse at a customer. All the games were broken it was overpriced and the whole staff was rude and were never working just goofing off. My child had about only 10 tickets and we went to get him a few army men and the we go up to the counter and the person won't do it because they were on break. I at first ask if he could really quick get my son the army men. But he replies. I won't do tht cause i'm on break. then I ask if someone else could but he says no one else is here when I saw tons of employees goofing off!! Take it from me and DON'T GO TO THAT DUMP!!!!!!

Too pricy yet enertaning.cool fun a great place to hang out.There is skating,arcades and food.Just a great place to be.The atmosphere of the people there is spectacular and all ways open-armed.They have that good ol' sothern hospitality.

What I didn't like about the Lambert Fun Zone I just recently went there with my sister to take her roller skating on the R AND B night to skate. If it is R AND B skating night why come the D.J. was not playing R AND B there was music such as in the old time in the 60's were played that is why I rate Fun Zone two stars. I didn't like the fact there were only 5 songs played that must young ones know of. Skating is to be enjoyable. Many young children were seating down not skating at all that to me really meant something should have been done to satisfy the customers.

i never want to go back. i got stuck in a ride and it was awful. they so totally didn't care about what you were doing. they charged like way to much.

Your kids will enjoy the fun zone. You probably won't, unless you are still able to tolerate a lot of noise and screaming. Take some earplugs and get ready to deal with wild kids and lots of running around.

We went when it first opened and returned after new management took over hoping that it would be a better experiance but it wasn't. The big percentage of the games were broken and there was paper, soda cups and food on the games that did. They charged me to get in even though I was not going to skate or play games. Even after the outragous entry fee we had to pay additonal money for the simulator. We've lived in Montgomery for eight years and there is not a lot to do for eight year olds but we do not consider going back to No-Fun Zone. The bumper cars broke down while my son was in the middle of a ride. The attendant would not return his tickets. It took me 20 minutes and speaking to three people before thay gave them back. They tried to ignore my request and just wished I would go away. This place is not worth the money (YOU WILL SPEND A LOT), is not clean, and staff is rude.
