Going back tomorrow!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/13/11
My husband and I loved this mall. It had so many different items. It also had more than one price range. The music was classic, but very upbeat!!! Kept us in a good mood. It didn't have the musty odor that many antique/flea malls are notorious for. We also found the staff friendly. We went about 2 weeks ago and will be returning tomorrow. We live about an hour and a half away and it is worth the drive. It is just minutes away from the Montgomery Zoo, a nice bribe if bringing little ones along!

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/7/11
They have several venders on all 3 levels there with good quality vinyl. All kinds of music from the Beatles to Buffett to Cash to Coldplay to Nirvana & Taylor Swift, of all things ! They've also got framed records, CDs, music books, pictures..etc. Check it out.

Not a friendly place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/13/11
I've seen a couple of ads in magazines that Eastbrook Flea Market & Antique Mall "buys furniture and gold". My grandmother has passed and left behind her historic house full of antique furniture. I stopped by Eastbrook today to find out what I needed to do about having someone look at my furniture - do I need to bring it there or will someone come to me. That was all I needed to know. The young guy at the desk pointed out the man that I needed to speak with but he was with someone so I waited for him to finish. As he started walking towards me, all I got out of my mouth was "excuse me, I'd like to ask you"...he then began waving his arms at me backing away from me and said "I don't have time. I don't need any more furniture right now, I have too much as it is" and then turned and walked away. For crying out loud I could have been there to tell him I had a check for $1,000 I'd like to give him. He never even heard what I wanted or had to say. I work right down the street from there and used to frequent the store on my lunch hour, but after his rudeness today, I WON'T be back!

Treated very rudely!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/29/11
This place is organized in "booths" with different proprietors but a main cashier's desk. I asked if I could look at some jewelry in a few different cases. That means that someone at the main desk had to get a key and go with me to open the cases. I saw 5 people at main desk at various times while I was there. The first one who who opened one case for me acted like I was wasting his time. The second one, who opened 3 cases for me, also acted that way. When I hadn't decided to buy anything and sensing the hostility directed at me, I said to the man helping me, "I guess I will look at something else now besides jewelry." His response, said snottily, "That's a good idea." I have been at other places like this and have always been treated nicely even if I asked to open a case and didn't buy anything from it. I spent maybe 2 or 3 minutes at each case, but apparently, that was too long for the employees at this store! IT HAS BEEN DECADES SINCE I WAS TREATED SO RUDELY IN A STORE! I did end up buying some things from here, but I have no desire to return!

Candles at Eastbrook Flea Market
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/12/09
You should check out these candles I found at Eastbrook Flea Market. They smelled really nice in the market so I decided to try them. They burned what seemed like forever, and they didn't cost much. They had my house smelling great in no time. I'll definitely be back for more. They're on the third floor. If you're a candle lover you've got to try these.

location
By Linda, 11/20/08
I enjoy the convenience of this flea market. Parking is near the store and the layout inside is very well designed to show the products well, and doing shopping for various needs in one location. The variety offered is also appreciated. The vendors are helpful and assist with special needs. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone and all the items I have purchased were exactly what I expected. I do not live in Montgomery, but I plan to visit as often as is possible and I believe I got a good value on my purchases as well as had a very good experience there.

i plan to return often as possible
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/1/08
eastbrook flea market and antique mall of montgomery alabama has been a long favorite of mine as well as my family for many years. it is always a true joy to browse the isles and vast array of antiques and collectibles trying to find the perfect item . more often than not i find exactly what i am looking for and much much more at good prices. not like other stores that put prices way to high.i notice the dealers there try to make a reasonable sale. "eastbrook flea and antique mall will always be my favorite and i would recomend it to all who enjoy a good clean and friendly place to shop .i have purchased some very good pieces there. from depression glass to dinnerware that matched my moms as well as many many other treasures. i take pride in knowing places like this are available and might i add the mcdaniels make it a great experience by being professional and personal with the great southern charm we love so much.i want to say a special thanks to mrs.dorthy mcdaniel for being so very nice to me each time i visit the store. thanks mr.gareth o. tillery

Best place to shop!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/17/08
This is a great place to spend the day. Lots of variety. Not stuffy and pretencious like other antique shops. Very friendly. I loved the free coffee and cookies. There is a great place to sit and unwind in the front. Tired hubbies can watch tv. This store is very helpful and friendly. They are eager to go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. You will love the three huge floors of shopping.
