Skip this course. Go play Magnolia Grove, Spring Hill, or Azalea City. Imagine clearing a field and calling it a golf course. If you did this you would have Gulf Pines.
P.S. Thier green fees are ridiculous for what you play.
Absolutely NO water (drinking or otherwise)
Maintenance personnel have no regards for
the golfers and bring noisy equipment near
when golfers are about to play.
No regards for tournament play by maintenance personnel.
Very little finanical resources are
re-invested into this course by USA in
the form of improvements on this beautiful
Gulf of Mexico/Mobile Bay setting.
I like the view, design and lay-out of
the course which is user friendly for
seniors, high handicappers and neophytes.
Well if you like playing golf in your backyard, this is the place for you. With no true fairways, this is definitely fitting for the value. $10 green fees show through and through on this course. However it does have a nice view of Mobile Bay and downtown Mobile.
