Track Family Recreation Center,The, Gulf Shores

We must say, the tracks were good. Be careful on the wooden coaster. My daughter, 11, decided to ride it. She was a decent driver, but a little slower. There was a lot of bumping and crashes on the track. So, beware!. The outside ticket counter was closed down. We had to either walk across the parking lot to the mini golf ticket counter or stand in line at concessions for a good 15-20 minutes. It was real confusing where the line for beverages and tickets were. Also, Pirate golf across the road was a much better choice than the tracks mini golf.

Took my two boys (13 & 10) for a guys day out and overall had a good time. The boys really liked the go karts and playing in the arcade. We drove on the Main Track since the wooden track was not open. The Main Track was fun enough for the kids. The arcade is a bit antiquated, but the kids still had a good time playing skee ball. My only complaint is that of the staff. It seems that the entire place is ran by teenagers. A couple of them were friendly and welcoming, but most acted as if you bothered them by visiting this establishment. Espically the person responsible for loading and unloading of the go karts, he did not smile or utter one word to us the entrie time we were there. I think it is irresponsible of the ownership to leave the safety of visitors in the hands of teenagers. Though I disliked the staff I would more than likely take my family back as they did enjoy it and seemed to be oblivious to the lack of friendly customer service.

The wooden go-cart track was the best. We even did the sky coaster---very scary but fun.

Don't go for the miniature golf. The courses are boring and half of the holes were under water after just a little rain. Go to Pirate's Island.

This was a very well organized and family oriented place. Our kids (of all ages) enjoyed the rides. They especially loved The Woody! We will definitely go back.

IMY FAMILY AND I REALLY ENJOYED IT. THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE, AND FOR TWO RIDES FOR THE CHILDREN IT WAS ONLY $5. YOU CAN ALSO PURCHASE SNACK FOODS LIKE PIZZA,NACHOS AND OTHER SNACK FOODS. WE VISITED FOR SPRING BREAK IN MAR. 2007 AND WE WILL BE BACK JULY 2007, THE KIDS REALLY HAD GREAT TIME AND MY HUSBAND AND I ALSO HAD A GREAT TIME WATCHING THEM HAVE FUN.

All us Big kids, ages 29-50, haad a GREAT time riding the Go-Carts on the different tracks. If you can't find something that you like to do there, you're a big party pooper. We were a little on the bored side when we decided to go find something to do. We came upon this place and it was just what we needed. Lots of fun for young and old..

Fun place to go for everyone. There was plenty for my 3 year old and 6 year old. For 2 rides on the wooden track "Wild Woody" (this is a rough ride!) and mini golf for 3 cost $27.00 or 12 tickets. 3 tickets per Wild Woody ride and 2 tickets each person for golf. There is lots to do here with your kids and the adults have fun too.

First of all, I'll start by saying that I am a "play-it-safe" kinda girl. I go down to Gulf Shores every year for vacation to see my family. I finally got up enough courage last year to go to The Track and bungee jump. Not only was the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, but the over all atmosphere was extremely pleasant. I went bungee jumping for $15!!!!! Tell me that is not a bargain!!! And, because I knew that no one would ever believe I did it, the staff even offered to take pictures!! Now that is what I am talking about. And though I am not sure that I will ever be able to muster up the courage to go bungee jumping again, I KNOW that I will always be back every year to take full advantage of all of the other things they have to offer!!!
