Colonial Mall, Gadsden

The merry-go-round is fun -- if you can find an attendant to run it!! The hours are not always correct but I found out if you go to the Mall Office - they will give you a "free" coupon for your trouble IF its not open when it should be!! Lots of stores & shops, kids love it, 6 movie choices, cookie shop, kids stores & wonderful new adult stores! Bath & Body always the best!! Fun place to stay for hours, food mall is awesome & many choices, plus -- you can go to the fishing lake behind the Mall & feed the ducks & geese!! AND if you like walking, try the natural walking paths that go around the lakes!

First of all i would like to say that there is nothing to dislike about gadsden colonial mall. if you come i gurantee you that you will forget about your mall thats close to you. My friends and i go every friday or saturday and have a ball. sometimes we just go to walk around. THAT'S HOW MUCH WE LOVE IT AND IF YOU COME I BET YOU WILL TOO!!!!.

YOUR REVIEW THAT TITLES "AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE" NEEDS TO BE DELETED. GADSDEN MALL NOW HAS GREAT ATMOSPHERE, BEST TOWN PRICING, AND NEW STORES. A BRAND NEW SUPER WALMART LESS THAN 2 MILES AWAY WITH A GREAT SHOPPING CENTER TO BOOT. COLONIAL MALL MUST BE SEEN EXPERIENCED TO APPRECIATE.

People come from Attalla, Anniston (where they have their own mall) and other surrounding cities to shop at this mall. It is excellent in value, store selection, and even has a carousel for the kids to ride. And yes, this town is in the process of building a "Super Walmart" with an Old Navy store and many others. The Colonial Mall has the most awesome Movie Cinemas around. People quit going to Anniston and started coming to Gasden. Great Christmas atmosphere. I have the choice of going to Anniston or Gadsden (which is about the same distance) and I choose Colonial Mall in Gadsden every time. I love it and you will too!

The mall is not huge, but offers a good variety. I think the mall is kid friendly, with a merry go round, wall climb, ride on vehicles, game room, and new cinema. Santa is there, and you don't have an extremely long wait to get to see him. No, there is not a Super Wal-Mart yet, but one is in the works! I live closer to the Oxford Mall, but prefer the small, less congested atmoshpere.
