Great experience for the whole family!

We loved being able to explore the woods and the prairie, and and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have many native animals in the building and you can even pet some of them! And best of all - it's FREE!

Mostly trails not much center.

This was not exactly what we expected-we thought they would have a bigger activity type center to explore. The staff was wonderful & we took the free Saturday 2PM hike. (Don't forget the mosquito repellant though! YIKES!)

Halloween Spooktacular!

We attended the Halloween Spooktacular at the end of October. This spooky, night hike provides educational nature information with popcorn and hot cider at the end, a welcome change from the sweets prevalent at other Halloween events.
