Bridger Bowl Ski Area
Bridger Bowl is flanked by two large bowls to the North and South. Most of the ski area offers wide open terrain with a variety of landscapes including long slopes, glades, chutes, gullies in addition to other smaller bowls.
Enough to keep an expert happy with plenty of slopes for intermediates and beginners. People are geniune and really friendly. Atmosphere is laid back. Lodge is pleasant, not upscale. Couple of good bars, food at the slope is not bad and way cheap for a ski area. Short drive from Bozeman, a town that has lots of great restaurants and bars. Don't recall the price of the lift tickets but think they were $36 or something for the day. Also went to Big Sky which of course is pretty awesome but a bit plastic and very pricey. Prefer the Bridger Bowl experience.
