We have lived in the four corner area for years. We previously would not go to hot springs due to the old owners. Since the new owners have taken over hot springs there has been much improvement. The only unfortunate part is that the hours of operation are still the same. All in all though, they have a very classy facility!

Bozeman Hot Springs offered everything our family was hoping to experience and more! After seeing the commercial on TV we went to check out the facility. We were helped by the friendly staff at the front desk who answered the many questions we had and then after being showed around the facility we finally joined. Great place for a family!

The hours of operation are ridiculous. The locker rooms are dirty and cramped, and the temperature within the locker room is so hot, elderly and young children are at risk of passing out. Customer service is poor as well. The front desk staff is not capable of providing info for memberships, and the manager only works a couple of hours each day. On top of that, the manager does not speak in a friendly tone of voice when you finally do get in touch. Thought thing would get better under new ownership; they didn't.

Prices are way to high for a family. $8.50 for each adult and $7.50 for a five year old. Not very budget friendly for a family of five!

When I heard that the Bozeman hot springs was under new ownership again and that they would be repairing the tile and changing the hours, I was semi-excited. I don't get the chance to hike out to natural hot springs anymore and it is easier to take my family to the Bozeman hot springs. But the one thing that has always been a pain in the butt is the hours, they close early on Friday and open late on Saturday because of the owners religion, I believe they are 7th day advenists and don't believe in working on Saturday. I thought the new owners where going to change the hours but I just called and it's "new owners, same religion" Now I'm not going to slam anyones faith, I am a Christian myself, but they could have someone working there and keep it open on Friday night and Saturday. I am very busy and Friday night is the only night I have available to go to the hot springs and I can't even go there to relieve my chronic back pain. This is very bad buisness IMO, I no longer want to support this establishment because of this, Friday night and Saturday are great times to have a place like this open and because of there choice to close at these hours they are losing buisness, they have lost mine. Can someone who has some common sense please buy this place.

Wow is all I can say!! We had heard of new ownership on the radio and through the newspapers. Once my family finally had a chance to visit the facility we were very impressed. It is obvious that the new owners have already put a lot of effort into improving the facility and maintaining it much better than the previous owners. We were very impressed and will be visting my more frequently!!

I haven't been there yet, because I work Monday-Friday and have Saturday and Sunday off. The best day for me to go is Saturday, as I do laundry on Sundays usually. Anyway, they're only open 7p.m. - 11 p.m. on Saturdays. That's only 4 hours! There are new owners now, and I was excited, because I thought they would change it to decent hours on Saturday. Alas, I was mistaken. Everyone I ask about it warns me about their odd hours. Really...it's a little confusing to me. I would think Saturday would be their busiest day. I'm sure they have their reasons. I'm just disappointed I have to wait all freaking day to be able to check it out. I'm sure it's wonderful, because it's a natural hot springs!

i lived in bozeman and i joined the gym/hot springs for a year and in august i was getting a divorce from a abusive man and i had to move away, i had asked for a refund of the rest of the months that i had left on my contract and the girl told me that she would send me the check, well i called on sept.20th to find out when i could expect that and i got a diffeerent girl, apparently she is the new owner and they are not going to honor the agreement, she said that she talked to the old owner and that was not what she told me, big lie. so i am out this money and i do think it is really expensive i paid them over 700.00 for a year i could not help the fact that i had to move away and she said she would pay me. beware when you think you might want to be a part of this place.

We are from out of town and staying in the area for a couple of months. We asked about joining the fitness center and were told to expect around $125 a month. When the office opened and we tried to join they told us they would make us a "special" rate of $250 a Month for my wife and I. If we were local and could enter into a contract it would only cost $110 a month. The breakdown was $120 for the hotsprings and $130 for the fitness center. This fitness center does NOT have a gym, racquetball, tennis, track, massages, free towels and is closed on Friday nights and Saturday, days. $250 a month is a total rip off for any fitness center. Please don't support a business any business in the Bozeman area that treats out of town visitors this way. Thanks You.

Bozeman Hot Springs was recommended to us by several locals and they couldn't have been more right!!!! it was absolutely amazing. There was something for all of us. I relaxed in the steam room and sauna, my children splashed around in all 9 pools while my husband worked out in the state of the art fitness center!!! Could you think or a better day? I CAN'T!
