Sullivan Goss, LTD, Santa Barbara

Last time a Thoas Moran, next time a Goergia O'Keeffee, this time a Max Weber. There are a lot of museums that would be happy to have these pieces. However, I am going to have to win the Lottery. A half million, a million and more. One of the reasons I go her is because there is always a good representation of things I can't afford and things that, if I use my CC, I can afford. I am coming back in November to see their next show.

We stop here once or twice a year. We live in LA and flee to Santa Barbara whenever we can. This gallery is across the street from a good size museum where we are charged and entry fee and watched by guards and no one says hello...typical museum. At Sullivan Goss we are treated to wonderful exhibitions and we are always greeted by a remarkabley educated staff member and it is free. Love the place!

I like this gallery and have for many years. There is a museum across the street that I also like but not as much as Sullivan Goss. There is alwasys something interesting on the walls and they have a staff that makes you feel welcome. A few years ago they did a Still Life show with Georgia O'Keeffe and Joseph Stella and lots of comtemporary paintings. It was better than most museum shows I have been to. Years ago we staid in La Jolla for our summer vacation. But we much prefer Santa Barbara.
