What a horrible place! I have been going there since it first opened with slots. Back then, you could play for quite some time with $100. Over the years, their payout percentage has gone down dramatically. Poor to non-existant customer service too. Buffet is pretty bad. The Firepit is pretty good though. They know they are the only game in town, so they could care less about their customers. I'd rather drive to Onieda or Ho Chunk. They are NOT like any other tribal casino. They are much worse. Bye bye Potawatomi!

Like the others said, Rip Off! For the amount of money I spent there over the past 3 years, Never can satisfy me in any Way as far as Return! I am talking about the Slots. I can't believe the amount of Money you put in, compared to the return you Don't get. It's true too about the workers there, they seem Not to care about their jobs in general. None of them look too happy as well. The Ventilation System is TERRIBLE because of the Smoking. Can't figure out WHY Non Smokers go there to gamble, as well as working people that work there that Don't smoke. The Buffet is So So. They charge Way Too much for the Buffet. And for FKC money you get in the mail is so Small it's a Joke. I have Never won anything back, using that Free Money on your card. I think they keep Track of your winnings, and Limit you to Win when you use your card in the machines. Avoid that place. I will probably go one more time, then stop. I have to spend my money on things that will Last, instead of throwing money away in the garbage!!

Forget the slots, when I was there no big payouts for hours. Table games on the other hand were pretty good. Video poker, not great, not bad, hard to lose, hard to win. Food sucks, Bar area is pretty cool. You can smoke which you can not do in Illinois. The drive from the northern suburbs is easily as quick as driving to Aurora. A guy asked me for money to buy food at the food court. Seems like there is enough security their and the employees are a little crisp all in all I had a fun time, my wife and daughter weren't harassed when I wasn't around, typical casino crowd for these parts. I'm going back, staying of the slots, strictly table games and eating before I get there.

I have been to this casino hundreds of times over the years. I have won 25,000 and 5,000 on slots in the last 12 years, that said this is a horrible casino. The workers and the food stink. They have no concept of service because they are the only casino around this area and that is why I have went so many times, ad the fact that they seem to hire a lot of non service people who are there to get a check. If you can avoid the place by all means do. By the way both times I won it was when the casino was much smaller, I have not won more than 400.00 on any machine in the last 4 years. I play from pennies to dollars.

bohzo (Hello) Revenues from this casino go to fund programs for the elderly, educational programs, health care, police protection, fire protection, etc... Gambling ALWAYS assumes a certain risk and it is best to play only what you can afford to play. Native American gaming is highly regulated and has to have the same rates of winning as non Native American casinos, i hope you do not believe that your one bad experience defines all visits to all Native American casinos. I have lost and i have won, but i only play for fun and never assume i will leave rich. David

One thing I found that potawatomi do it send you bonus plays and take it back and 10 times more. It just a waste of time to think you mine won off the bonus play. Also I dont think they kept good track of the money you spend. For 800.00 to a 1000.00 dollars they sended me a 10.00 dollar match play, what a joke.

Awesome new section they just built, however you just can't win any money playing the slots. A $20.00 bill lasts 5 minutes even at the nickel and 2 cent slots. If you don't bet max on the smaller demonination slots you'll never win anything. I'd rather just eat at their buffet and watch others lose their money. I don't like betting 20 lines at once - it's much too expensive! The 2 cent slots are a total ripoff! Money goes very fast and you can wait forever for even a small win. I once played a quarter slot for 20 minutes and never once got even a small win. And forget winning a bonus round in any of the video slots! I think I won a bonus round 2 times in my life and the payoff was so small it was laughable! I guess the casino has to pay for all that fancy building addition and new restaurants. I agree too with the reviewer about the rude floor staff. My husband has a problem with a slot and he waited over 1/2 hour for anyone to come over to help; she then left to "get someone else" and he waited another 1/2 hour. He complained to the worker and he was very rude to my husband, saying he had other things to do besides come over to his slot! Can you imagine! Here you are working in a business that deals with the public and you act like that (and keep your job)! Don't these people receive training? My husband reported the incident to management before we left and they acted like it was "no big deal." We won't go there again unless friends of ours insist and we just go for the meal at the buffet.

first of all don't expect to win anything . i feel the slots are fixed . they say not but can't prove it by me. second of all don't try to get a drink. rude workers there in all aspects of the casino. one casino for the whole city of milwaukee. what a joke. i will never go back there . will tell all of my friends not to go. the machines suck suck suck......... the workers there suck even more . teach them how to smile and hane manners. no tipping from me with their attitudes
