Not what it used to be

We've been customers of Conte's for years. Bought 5 or 6 bikes there. Previously, they've been pretty great about service. The last two visits was not like the past. It's as if they are trying to lose their customer base when others are doing everything to keep their customers. They are putting the hard sell on service options. They didn't test ride my husband's repaired bike before returning it to him. What kind of reputable bike shop does that?! Also, they accused my husband of the mistake they made. Really not a good idea. Guess they want to see how many customers they can lose, and they've definitely lost this one!
