Awesome tour, awesome guides, awesome business
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/14/09
Took the 4 day White Rim tour with 5 other guests and our guides (Mike and Tess) took very good care of us. The food was incredible, the guides very knowlegeable and great riders themselves, and the trip was very enjoyable. I went alone on this trip and quickly melded with the rest of the group which turned out to be great people. We had one beginner on the ride and she did extremely well since she was physically fit. Although this tour is on jeep roads it can still hurt you if you don't pay attention. If you are timid or not willing to put forth some effort I would not recommend the White Rim Tour, it is not a paved bike path ride and can challenge everyone depending on how hard you push yourself. Technically it's pretty easy but there are still some suprises out there. Rim Tours does it right. Mike and Tess worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable, the food they prepared was tasty and there was plenty of it. From breakfast to after dinner tea/cocoa they worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. Mike is an encyclopedia of knowledge with 17 years with Rim Tours and Tess is very adept as well. The guides were patient, helpful, and extremely competent. The office staff at Rim Tours was helpful from the first call. We had a fast group (including the beginner) which made the riding fun and actually gave us more time to kick around during our walks/talks and around camp. I'm already planning my next tour with Rim Tours and I just got back to work!!

A Must Do
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/04/08
First of all the organization of the trip was first class, Rim Tours has certainly thought out every last detail. The ride through the canyonlands was amazing and the food and camping gear they provided was outstanding. I would recomend this company to anyone looking to experience Moab and any of the other trips they offer. The prices are very resonable and you will most certainly have a trip of a lifetime with Rim Tours.

Great Tour
By Michael W, 10/25/05
I was 1 of 13 people that did the 3-day tour of the Canyonlands (Biking & Camping) on Oct 7-9 trip. It was terrific! I found the tour guides (Scott and Stephan) to be fun and informative! The meals were delicious and nutricious after a long day of riding. Our tour included guys from Cornell Univ. Fraternity brothers that ranged in age from 38 to 41yrs old. We were all in very good condition which made the trip that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Rim Tours and the services they offer. Great time had by all!!! Go for it! Mike from NJ

poor service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/27/05
i did not enjoy the tour at all. i too had a very rude guide. i have been to moab many times and taken many mountain bike tours, and there are many that offer a much better experience than this one. i recommend that you do not choose this service.

Awful
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/27/05
The ride was fun but the tour guide was extremely rude. The service was terrible and I advise anyone wanting to go mountain biking in Moab go with some other service.
