Hilton Head Brewing Company, Hilton Head Island

We have been visiting this place for the past 10 years. There is not too much special about it but we liked the different types of food they offered. It is a very relaxed environment.

We recently visited the HHB and on the way to my table, my wife slipped on the floor and badly bruised her hip. She dropped her drink and our appetizer and nobody came over to help her up.

As I rounded the corner, I saw her and went over to pick her up. The host sat us and said the manager would come over to check on us. About 3 minutes later, a waitress fell in the same spot and badly hurt her wrist.

My wife asked the waitress for aspirin since her elbow and hip were hurting the waitress said that the manager would bring it over. Well, 15 minutes later, nobody showed up. I asked the bus boy and he came back with the aspirin.

Towards the end of our dinner, I asked the waitress to find the manager and have him come over. Around 10 minutes later, I got up and went to bar and found the waitress. I asked her where the manager was and she said he told her to take 10% off the ticket. I was furious that the manager did not have the decency to come over and ask how she was.

Needless to say, I went and found the manager and gave him a piece of my mind. He had nothing to say. It goes to show that good service can either make or break a restaurant.

I'll never visit this place again.
