Magic Mountain Fun Center, Columbus

my children wont step foot in any magic mountain or chuck e cheese after what happened here. my son had to go to the bathroom, so he asked an employee where it was, and he didnt know, so after looking for it for ten minutes we noticed it was locked, so we got the manager to unlock it, and when we walked in there was a putrid smell. there was feces all over the floor and walls, there was a family of rats running around, and what looked like small bones in the corner. my son threw up then we went back to tell the manager and he was just sitting in his office smoking what looked like a joint of marijuana, and promised us he would look into it. after that i took my kids and on our way to our car i saw two teenage employees smoking and drinking alcohol right next to the entrance! I cant belive what happened, and i will not be going back, and neither should you.

This place seemed old and dirty. The workers could care less about helping you. The batting cages barely worked, and there was no one there to help us out when they weren't working. The family restroom was locked (yes, locked!), so I had to change my baby's dirty diaper in the women's restroom. (That was me who left the diaper in the stall, by the way. The awful workers there deserved it!!) The place is loud and cramped. No one cleaned up tables, so there was nowhere for us sit down to eat. We finally decided we'd had enough and just left. (And will NOT be coming back!)

We took our 2 small kids to the location by Polaris Mall & it was a total disappointment. The play gym downstairs looked dirty, no air circulation down there, kids did't have much to play w/ down there except balls, & it smelled like dirty feet & musky. After being disgusted down there we went up to play games where several of them ate our money and were broken. I will not be going back. Matter of fact we went to Chuck E Cheese on Sawmill & had a much better experience.

I was in town visiting friends and thought this place would be a great deal. Unfortunately, I found the laser tag area overrun with visibly drunk teenagers, and terrible costumer service from the ever staff member I met. For example, near the end of the night, they start shutting down, en mass, the arcade machines. I had just put in a couple dollars worth of tokens when they shut mine off. I look around confused with what had happened, only to see that the employee was not ten feet away when he shut off the power, and didn't feel any need to warn me or my friends. I spoke to the manager, who claimed to have made "warnings" over the PA, which either was a flat out lie, or they had neglected to turn of the awful blaring music when the made this annoucement. I asked for a refund, and was offered a refund in tokens... which were useless as they had shut off ever machine with 15 minutes till closing.

too expensive for what you get. staff does not care. my laser tag gun did not work......and after 3 games of me trying to advise the referee it did not work he finally acknowledged there was a problem. then had the gal to give me a hard time when i asked for a refund. just a poorly run facility that is overpriced....take a pass

Pros: My 3 year old loves the huge play area. I love that it is safe place for her to run around expend all of her energy. She always falls asleep on the ride home. I also like "some" of the arcade games. Cons: Not enough arcade games. I wish they had kept the buffet feature. No batting cages at this location. Waiting to try: The go-karts, fishing boats, and miniature golf. Had a good time none-the-less with husband and daughter.

What happened to Magic Mountain? It used to be so fun. Now, there are long lines, and rude employees. There used to be tons of stuff to choose from on the redemption counter. Used to be clean, and everyone was so nice and helpful before. Now, it looks like they're going out of business. I even saw trash on in the showcase. Since I last went in June, so much has changed. I felt like I wasn't even at the same place. What a waste of what used to be the best place to go with my family.

Awesome place, fun games, nice Kids Gym with locked gate and employee monitored, tons of parking, freeway access-right off 71, go-karts, golf and pizza buffet! Great place for Birthday Parties!!
