Eddie Bauer Warehouse Store, Columbus

I recently visited this store, and was stunned by the exceptional customer service I encountered. The people working there are available, friendly, and eager to help - even when doing so would ultimately make their job harder. We were looking for a king size duvet, but there were only queens on the shelf. The sales lady not only encourage, but actually helped us to open the packaging (which would later have to be redone!) just to CHECK that one of them wasn't accidentally mislabeled and actually the king we were searching for. This is just one example - they were very, very helpful. And we did eventually find the king, and lots of cute clothes to boot! Keep up the good work!

The staff are always great here...but even if they weren't I'd shop for the affordable prices for known quality items. Sign up for their emails and get weekly list of specials. They once sold belts at less than $4 each...including adorned leather ones originally $30+!

Here in Ohio there aren't a lot of us tall gals. EB carries tall sizes as well as long sizes. I can get discounted quality items in MY SIZE!!! I can't even get that at department stores at the mall. And here they are discounted. What a bargain.

I love Eddie Bauer Outlet!!! Whenever I go I always find and buy something I like. I'm glad this store is in my city and is easy to get to. I wholeheartedly recommend that people should come to this location and shop for great Eddie Bauer clothes.

We shop here all the time. They have specials like all pants $9.99 and all coats 70% off. There are coupons in The Entertainment book for 20% off total purchase. You can get on their e-mail list and get coupons that way too. Too bad they stopped making furniture and bedding. Most of our house is furnished by them.

Very clean and organized store with quality clothes and accessories. We saved a lot of money on our purchases and can't wait to go back! Well worth the trip. And they are open on Sundays, too!

Great prices, store is filled with Eddie Bauer quality items and the prices are a steal. Clerks are very helpful. I'll be back!!
