Beautiful store, well organized, decent prices, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The woman helping me (dark hair, blue eyes--avoid her!) seemed to make up answers as she went, and was rude and condescending. Needless to say, I left without buying anything.
Kenwood is probably the nicest mall in the area. It has a lot of high-end stores and neat specialty stores. The only issue is that Kenwood is also the only mall in the area that does not have any stores (other than the department stores) that carry clothing for plus-size women. If you're a plus-sized woman , you're better off shopping at Tri-County or Florence Mall.
I was in OH visiting relatives and took my 4 yr old dtr to this mall to just hang out a while and maybe do a little shopping. (We are from fairly rural KY) I was amazed and delighted to find all of my favorite kids clothing stores under one roof and there was no shortage of interesting little sights for my dtr to stay entertained. A really fun day!
Construction around the area on road is completed, only construction is an old Parisian has been knocked down and there is a Nordstroms which is being built. This construction does not effect traffice. This mall has many stores with great anchors. Many of the stores are higher end (due to the location of the mall -- next to prominent Cincinnati suburbs such as Kenwood, Indian Hill, Madeira, Montgomer) but there are many bargins to be had for those who look. Very crowded at Christmas, epecially on weekends but workth the crowds. Beautiful mall -- try the new chocolate concoctions at the Godiva shop. Key is to try and park anywhere BUT by the Cheesecake Factory. Drive around back or to the sides of the mall, the front main entrance is crazy.
When going there during busy day's avoid Montgomery Rd side, use the Garage's for parking Galbrath Rd side normaly better there.
There are 2 parking garages, 1 by the food court area entrance 5, it's a 3 story, and other one next to Macy's also a 3 story.
