Union County Camporee

Rhonda and Suzanne were excellent!! They traveled out to our event at Cane Creek. They did not mind the rain and the Scouts were very appreciative for their information and animals. The Parents and Leaders were very thankful they stuck to their committment!!

Great place for a walk in the woods
By ,
IMHO, this is the nicest nature preserve in the Charlotte area and I've been to all the major ones. It has shoreline on Lake Wylie with nice views and is a great place to get away and enjoy some serenity and natural beauty. There is no admission charge on weekdays, but they now charge $5 per vehicle on weekends and holidays.
