Wow,
We started with the pea puree shot. Who'd of thought. Fantastic. We went with the 4-course tasting menu. Good decision, must of been my wife's. There wasn't a item I didn't like. From the Garbanzo bean take on a Navy bean and ham soup, to the interesting wasabi encrusted Halibut. The lamb was better then what I had at the Eiffel Tower restaurant in Vegas. Try it you'll like it.
