Fleming's Steakhouse - Omaha, Omaha

The prices are way to high for how low stuff tastes. And by low i mean bad, or at least not great, and to me not not even good. I had three appetizers, and two of their small dishes . none of which in my opinion were good. You will find better crab cakes at the cheese cake factory, you will find better calamari at kona grill, you will find better short ribs out of your own crok-pot, you will find better tuna at taxi. The french fires were good, but lets face it you can find better then 9$ fires from your own deep fryer, or bk or mc Ds your preference. Thanks goodness they can cook fries right. I dindt try any of the main dishes as the prices were just too astronomical, even though i could afford it, it just didnt seem it would be worth it. dont get me wrong, i will not be going back... ever. I just didnt taste good. and because of that way to expensive. Seems to me if you would have a few of their glasses of wine perhaps things would taste better, or at least i d be drunk enough and think everything taste like sugar dreams, but i neglected to preform that step. This place is absolutely horrible!!! My steak was sent back 3 times before it came out right and by that time it was ruined. I have had the cream of spinach soup many times at other Flemings location and loved it. Here in Omaha it was disgusting! My finances potatoe was dry & overcooked. To top it off the salads where warm and barely had any of the items on them that where stated in the menu. You barely had time to finish them. We had spoke with the kitchen manager and he didn't seem to have much sympathy. It didn't seem like any of managers in the whole restaurant new what they where doing. Perhaps if they did there wouldn't be so many issues with this place. My finance, myself and his parents where VERY unsatisfied! In my opinion I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone it was the worst experience I have ever had. Good riddens to ths place.

My wife and I've been to several Fleming's in different states. This is by far the worst one We've ever been to. The server was nice, she was very friendly. However, we had a horrible experience with our food. The salad was old and turning black. The steaks were undercooked and after we sent them back, they were burnt. We had a baked potato that was cold, dry, and old. Not good when it cost $10. Also the spinach was clumpy and bland. We enjoyed our wine, it was as good as ever. The managers appear to have no idea what they're doing. In fact we over heard one of them arguing with the staff, he just wasn't very professional at all. This Fleming's is not worth the money, spend it at a better managed establishment. There are many better places to choose from in Omaha.

any restaurant that would sell veal should be avoided. veal is created out of cruelty! shame on them!

are you kidding me? This place just keeps getting better every time I go. Love it! Excellent service, excellent food and excellent atmosphere make this dining experience very enjoyable. Scott

9 of us went for a company celebration. It took 3 hours 15 minutes for us to get a wine, a meal and dessert. Very poor service. The waiter was very anxious to sell us more bottles of wine but just let them set in a ice bucket expecting us to pass around the bottles of wine all around the table! They service us 1 small loaf of bread for a table of 9! Their sides that they said could serve 3 to 4 only served a couple. My chicken dinner was supposed to have mushrooms on it but didn't. They abruptly interupted our conversation to tell us about their chocolate dessert that takes 20 minutes to prepare. When we said we didn't want that it took them a half hour to bring us the dessert meal. When talking to the manager about the poor service, rather than being helpful he became defensive. Plenty of nice restaurants in Omaha where we will get better service, more food and probably for a lot less money.

We were on a road trip and just happened to try the Flemings in Omaha - our first Flemings experience and a truly memorable one. First class service, food, drinks/wine, and ambiance! We're on our way back next week and will be doing it again!

My wife and I ate at Flemings and was not impressed with the dinner. The atmosphere and decor was nice but the steaks were not the best I've had in Omaha. If you have the money to flaunt it then this is the place for you. If you want a great meal that is not overpriced checkout Brother Sabastians. Great steaks and atmosphere. You can actually take the whole family there and not break the bank.

I ate there for lunch and had a great cut of meat. The salad was a little boring but decent. I would highly recommend eating however, I was treated so I cannot attest to the value portion. By contrast, I ate at Picolo's the same night and the steak there (which was good as usual) was average after Flemings.
