Easy Street Brasserie
Situated on the lower level of the Sky Lodge, this comfortable and stylish restaurant is famous for its hot buttered rum. Items on the French-American menu include Steamed Mussels, Grilled Herb Halibut, and a Duck & Sage Burger. The decor is charming French countryside, with a rooster and hen motif. The restaurant also boasts outdoor seating and after-dark outdoor film screenings (weather permitting).
I was given a recommendation to eat here while visiting from San Francisco during Sundance. I took clients here and was shamefully embarrassed by the rude server who made my experience more than uncomfortable. Not only that, almost every order was not prepared correctly by the kitchen including a rare steak that came out well done. The Easy Street left an extremely unpleasant taste in my mouth to say the least. Many more places to visit than even to bother giving it your time.
From the welcome offered by the genial host to the interesting and simple menu this is a good bet for a nice lunch or dinner.
Traditional French brasserie style with a decent wine list but with Utah wine prices as all in Park City. Worth a stop and better than all but a few downtown.
